Intrauterine Insemination

This is a simple procedure done in the clinic to ‘assist’ the sperms into the womb. The semen is collected on the day of ovulation and ‘treated’. The ‘treated’ sperm are then flushed into the womb cavity with a fine straw like structure which is inserted into the womb cavity through the cervix. After resting for about half an hour, you are free to continue with the rest of your day.
